The kitchen was well stocked with crockery along with a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The sofa was absolutely disgusting, full of stains and so were the cushions. The safety deposit box in the master bedroom was broken and some of the patio doors were difficult to lock. The property looked tired and anything above eye level was full of dust

The location is lovely and quiet, away from busy areas. There are two places very near to buy grocery essentials , easy to connect to the road networks. Nice simple outdoor area with comfortable seating and sun beds.

A single mattress on one of the beds was quite uncomfortable , the sofa could do with a deep clean, two rooms were without bedside lights, the shower cubicles were a bit tight !

Facilities at the villa very limited. Bathrooms etc all tired and need refitting. Shower doors broke.Lack of basic facilities like oven glove etc. We had a few problems but following a call maintenance man came and was very helpful in sorting out issues. One shower didn't work on arrival needed new parts, TV didn't work as previous guest unplugged leads and changed all setting. Air conditioning unit leaked one night onto bed and guest . Dishwasher door and racks broke again whole kitchen needs re fitting.

Spacious and clean, modern kitchen with different appliances, comfortable beds, each bedroom has bathroom.

We stayed for a week and there were no rubbish bags, toilet roll, no detergent for washing machine or dishwasher provided, when messaged about it didn’t get reply, also asked about late check out no reply, however when we had issue with pool light and door handle got reply immediately. Another thing if you are big group you have to plan your shower time as hot water rundown and you have to wait a while for it to heat again.

Nicely decorated, clean and functional villa. Very comfortable beds :) (!), and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need even in case you wish to cook yourself. We didn't actually end up using the pool but it looked nice and there was a guy who came to clean it once during the week as well. The hosts replied to all our questions within a day and were friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place without hesitation!

This is not a negative about the villa itself but just people should be aware that the nearest services or shops are min 10-15mins walk away and the bus runs only in one direction (every 30mins) which means you end up doing the tour of Playa Blanca to get to where you wish to go. I recommend renting bikes or a car (like we did - there's free parking at the villa) or planning to rely on taxis (which are 5€ one way to go into town) if you want to be able to easily move around in the Playa Blanca area itself.

All was perfect to serve 6 people. Do not listen to negative reviews. Quick and easy contact with the management company. It's a great place if you want to have a relaxing holiday far away from hustle and bustle or noisy hotels.

The location was peaceful and walking distance to the town if you are fit and able- the walk maybe too far for some. The pool area was clean and being heated was a bonus Beds comfy, sofa comfy,modern appliances. Modern and clean Parking outside the villa Had one issue with the WiFi which was resolved very quickly. Ezera were easy to contact and the engineer arrived really quickly and resolved the problem.

Would have been nice to have a welcome pack of coffee, washing up liquid, handwashing etc. no kitchen cloths or oven gloves
