The location was by everything, the staff was super friendly.

"Poor Housekeeping/Customer Service"

We stayed for 4 nights. I called weeks ahead to request connecting rooms. I was told that would not be a problem. When we arrived we did not have connecting rooms. We have 4 children so this was a problem. We requested housekeeping everyday we were there except Thanksgiving. They never came once. We had to go get shampoo, toilet paper, and soap because we did not have any in our room. We also went multiple times to get towels. We saw housekeeping in the hall and requested service every day. Not a pleasant experience and we suggest staying at another hotel in the area.
