Excellent hotel, clean, well presented and comfortable with good food and service

The hotel was clean and beautiful, the food was good for buffet style. We stayed for a very reasonable price since it was early May, but I would not wish to pay their summer prices, seeing as we have seen what the resort has to offer. My wife and I booked couples massages on top of their free complimentary 15 minute massages. The service was great and both masseuses were very professional. The toilet leaked a bit but it was not a huge problem and when I had 2 shirts picked up to be pressed, they came back smelling like cigarette smoke and wet. They were very apologetic and would have sent it again for free but we were checking out the next day. As a gift for our stay and for our troubles the staff gifted us a bag of goodies, it consisted of some small items that showed they really cared and were very sorry. Overall I believe we got a great resort out of the many on Corfu, I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone planning a trip to the island.

The resort itself was quite nice and staff helpful and welcoming. However, the rooms we were given was right in front of the store room and the delivery trucks were blocking access to our villa. From 7 am onwards, we were regularly woken up by the din and noise made by lorries, trucks and the loading and unloading of goods. This would continue throughout the day. So if anyone has been allocated villas 2605 or 2606, please get it changed to a better location in the resort

Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Hotel spotless and very well maintained. Food was pretty good during mealtimes, plenty of choice. However the snacks provided in the afternoon were pretty poor, being cake and biscuits. Highly recommend La Luna restaurant, where you can have one visit as part of your AI. Beach was lovely with padded sun beds and umbrellas at no charge. Clientele is mostly made up of French with a mixture of ages.

The staff are truly excellent. They are all friendly, efficient and experienced. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. The food is outstanding and the best we have eaten anywhere in Greece. It is freshly cooked and so tasty. The rooms are comfortable and balconies are all very private. The beach and sea are wonderful and calm and we had no problem getting a sunbed. An excellent hotel.

Very nice, clean hotel next to the sea. The staff were extremely helpful, entertainment geared towards to French which was a little disappointing, but an overall great experience none the less.

This is without doubt the best run hotel with the friendliest staff I have stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble. Any problems were resolved within the hour. The choice of food was extensive and we always found something we enjoyed eating.The room was well furnished and decorated. The cleaner was outstanding, every day the room was spotless. It was my wife's birthday and they made her a birthday cake. The only negatives were the pool was prohibitively cold. My 5 year old son came out blue after only 10 minutes.He still went swimming every day however. The kids club was not great. My son wanted to go to the kids club but only lasted 20 minutes before wanting to leave. He tried it again the next day and the same thing happened and didn't want to go again. Some of the play items were worn out i.e. table tennis bats down to the wood, Pétanque jack missing, no complete set of playing cards. The hotel is quite remote with nothing near it so we were glad we went 'all inclusive. These negatives were massively outweighed by the positives. We would definitely stay again as we had such a wonderful holiday. My son was quite upset when it was time to leave.

This is a lovely hotel with a unique villa/bungalow type lay out which makes a nice change from high rise hotels. The gardens are lovely and very well maintained. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are 2 pools and a waterslide plunge pool. We always went to the quieter pool but some would prefer the more lively one nearer to the main building. The rooms are a good size and spotlessly maintained. Bit different to have the sink in the bedroom, albeit with a sort of partition but we soon got used to it. Food was good...not necessarily the best we have ever had but there was always enough to choose from. The beach is small and at the time of year we stayed it gets a lot of seaweed but this is moved on a regular basis. You also need to walk quite a way out to be able to swim as its shallow for a long time. We prefer the pool so it was no big deal for us. The views across the bay are spectacular wherever you base yourself. There is a spa on site which does great massages and we even got a 15min one each free! The all inclusive package was a superb deal and you can get branded spirits included...which makes a nice change. We didn't try the a la carte restaurant as we were only there 4 days but you get 15% off as hotel guests and the drinks are still included there as part of the all inclusive package. NB The shared transfer from the airport was longer than advertised (maybe 1hr 45mins as we had c8 drop offs before us but only 3 pick ups return so much quicker

Great hotel, decent food, gorgeous views on the sea and Continental Greece. Only issue was the mosquitoes which were very aggressive. More assistance with this would have been useful in the rooms. Something needs to be done on a larger scale as there are lots of stagnant water in the surroundings of the hotel
