老舊粗糙，公共浴場更破舊 可以重新裝潢了，房間舒適度很不ok 二天菜色都一樣
此次住和室房 榻榻米有凹陷沒有修復， 乾淨度尚待加強 ， 部分角落有灰塵， 溫泉尚可，但剛開始水沒有到很熱 櫃台說從溫泉源地接過來沒有再加熱 所以有時候會比較不熱 櫃臺Check in給鑰匙 沒太多介紹館內設施 因為是寵物友善飯店， 客房外走道極髒， 感覺都是寵物留下的痕跡
整體住宿的情況不錯，但是有兩項覺得真的是要再加強：我們訂了兩間，都有一樣的問題 1. 說是溫泉飯店，但是要在浴室泡溫泉池的時候，熱水出水的部分很小，水又不熱，本來滿心期待想要泡溫泉，後來因為水太小又冷，所以就沒有泡了 希望你們服務品質還需要再提升一點
