服務人員親切，加購的自助晚餐好吃，但客房環境稍有歷史的感覺，覺得跟房價有點不成正比。
感覺上還好！不過因為是舊的飯店，房間內部的設施已經老舊。
1。櫃檯人員親切，迅速完成check in check out 2. 24 小時免費暢飲飲料很貼心 3。房間大，房內有大尺寸泡湯池，陽台，備品齊全。就電視尺寸比較小。
從開幕入住過後，在到現在入住發現住宿品質下降許多～唯一優點是有寵物可以入住1樓～櫃檯服務人員有待加強，入住過程中發生一些問題～我也不多說了～只能說下次不會在入住了～ 雷點：洗澡熱水忽冷忽熱，冷氣報修房還讓客人入住～之後再幫客人換房～不是多此一舉嗎？ 此次入住樓中樓房型606
公共設施很完善與整潔
為了泡溫泉而選擇 在房間泡澡池等了需要四個多小時以上才有熱的溫泉可以泡 早上想泡溫泉卻水的熱度依然是冰涼的....我花了這麼多費用卻比汽車旅館的泡澡還不如 實在是太差 更本不是四星的飯店
