房間內裝偏舊，隔音不優，性價比不高
飯店維持的沒有很好，櫃台人員只有一位忙不過來，且態度不太好。餐點尚可，有免費熱氣球乘坐體驗還不錯。
路途雖稍微遠些，但住宿體驗是令人愉快又難忘，值得再去好幾回！
不知道為何,飯店找不到訂單,即使秀出我手機上的訂單,也顯示已經有付款成功,但是,還是要我們在旁邊等候,我們開了快5個小時的車,到飯店時已經快8點了,還未用餐,只能傻傻得在那等候,我問說訂單是否有問題,他們說沒有,我說如果確定已付款,是否可以先入住,他們再慢慢找訂單,因為我們要趕快去找用餐的地方(鹿野很多地方的餐好像都只有供到8點左右),飯店說...不行,還是堅持要我們等(態度當然還是很客氣),約莫20分鐘後,才讓我們入住. 並跟我們解釋是因為系統有轉單,所以他們才會讓我們等這麼久. 我認真的覺得他們處理的方式真的不優,當天的確都還有空房,也都確認了訂單無誤,款項也已結清,但卻因為他們的內部作業系統,讓我們等這麼久,天知道,當小孩在喊肚子餓時,我真的又累又餓,超無力的. 而且,也沒有特別跟我們介紹飯店的設施,難道因為我們是使用訂房網訂房,就是次等公民嗎,說真的,感受真的很不好.
晚餐餐點需要事先預定，蠻麻煩
員工可能不足，等待辦理入住時間較久。當天棉花糖機器壞了，無替代方案，早餐同樣用餐時段人多，也等了一會，建議入住時詢問以分流客人用餐。
房間大，餐廳有特色
