入住前兩天都有打電話確認火車站接駁的時間，入住當晚，還是讓我們在火車站等了一下，接駁車才來。早餐好吃，很多餐點採用當地食材。
很糟的體驗，接待人員無熱誠，房間設施老舊，冷水出水口都是熱水，真的要被淘汰了，也沒有下次，房價還這麼高
除了入住過程有點不順利（民宿主人不在，有等了一下），其他都很不錯！房間超級大！
下榻飯店時，晚上櫃檯人員服務態度不好 讓我們的感覺很差。 其他部分都不錯，設施都很棒👍 有機會再來台東旅行，一定會在來入住
自助餐和早餐十分美味，房間設備已略老舊， 沒有床頭櫃連電話都放在地上感覺很奇怪， 大廳的透光石展覽相當精彩。
