Clean, v friendly staff, carpark excellent. Decor was dated with minimal updates , room comfortable particularly bedding but basic given the room rate

Away for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The breakfast menu was extensive with fresh fruit salad juice cereal croissants and cooked menu. All taken by order and served direct to your table as were tea or coffee. The hotel is a lovely old hotel with great features like stained glass panels and light oak wall panels. It is very comfortable with comfy bar and lounge areas. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff also gave us an Anniversary card.

In our experience there was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
