Laz zonas comunes del hotel estan bien

Hacia mucho calor dentro de la habitación y la contestación del de recepción fue que ningun hotel mas tenia aire acondicionado y que ellos tampoco. Las almohadas eran muy blandas y no de buena calidad, el desayuno era lentísimo tanto la cola de fuera como la cola de los huevos y toritas. No tenia sentido que un solo chico estuviera haciendo todos los huevos y tortitas el solo, creo una cola muy grande y hizo el desayuno lentísimo. Se les acabo el tomate para restregar también.

"Buen hotel, pero si quieres moverte está un poco apartado."

El hotel era muy bonito, la habitación muy confortable y el desayuno muy bueno. Tiene un alquiler de equipo en el propio hotel que es muy conveniente.

Es el último inmueble de Formigal, por lo que ir andando a la plaza del reloj supone tres tramos de escaleras que cuando vuelves se hacen eternos.

Cama comoda, buena temperatura en la habitacion limpio y las vistas espectaculares!

El tiempo de espera en recepcion a la llegada al no tener bien registrada mi reserva! Deberian revisar el listado de entradas del dia a primera hora de la mañana para no hacer esperar la gente en recepcion.

"Súper acogedor y cómodo"

Las habitaciones y las instalaciones en general, son amplias y acogedoras. El hotel tiene varios rinconcitos con sillones con vistas y una sala común con una gran chimenea. En general, las instalaciones del hotel están muy cuidadas y limpias. El desayuno está genial, es muy completo y rico, además, tienen plancha para hacer algún plato caliente. Nos encantó también que el hotel tuviera transfer a pistas y al pueblo para no tener que tocar el coche durante la estancia.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la experiencia en la piscina interior. La piscina/spa está genial, pero no tienen a nadie que lo controle y de tres días solo bajamos uno porque relajarse entre tanto ruido, saltos, gritos y salpicaduras se hace imposible. Otro detalle que marca la diferencia y que echamos de menos es que no había agua de cortesía en la habitación y la calefacción no estaba puesta cuando llegamos y hacía frío, pero sí es cierto que enseguida cogió temperatura.
