da falta de cuidado quando pedi para reservarem os dois quartos perto ou ate mesmo ao lado um do outro e quando cheguei ao hotel eram sete números de diferença uma vez que estávamos em família e com crianças.

el ambiente acogedor del hotel , el poder alquilar en el propio hotel el material bajada en furgoneta a pistas y al pueblo.

en recepción nos atendió una persona que daba por hecho que sabía cómo funcionaban los servicios del hotel :piscina,spa,cafetería, restaurante....

we made a reservation at this hotel for 3 families and a child, reservation for 31.12.2025 with a festive dinner on New Year's Eve. although we communicated with the hotel employees and they confirmed the dinner for 31.12.2025, upon arriving on 31.12.2025 for accommodation, the employees told us that they would not provide us with dinner without notifying us in advance
