Avoid this place!! Mis-represented. The photos are very old and the reality of the place is starkly the opposite. I wanted to be be able to cook my own meals and have a relaxing time, i have waited years to go to Santorini. Instead… my holiday was totally ruined. The kitchen, if you can call it that, was broken, filthy and unfit for purpose. The two ring hob was RUSTED and unfit and filthy, sitting on top of the fridge! The fridge, where do i start! Ancient, filthy, full of old ice, rusted shelves and seals, unsanitary and unfit. The work top ( only one!) was ancient, filthy and had formica peeling off it, especially at the edges where the edging strips had peeled away revealing an array of old crumbs, food and insects stuck in the cracks! Disgusting and filthy! The cupboard ( yes… only one!) had the doors almost dropping off and contained dirty shelves. It couldn't have been worse. The advert advertises ; “ Cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and tea and coffee making facilities…” Reality: We had to beg a knife from the receptionist( i asked for two but only got 1!). I had to ask for some plates and got two mismatched large soup plates. There were two small side plates in the cupboard, one with a large chip on the side, no coffee maker, a kettle which was dangerous and boiling as it wouldn't switch off!! Two small espresso cups, one was still dirty! No shower, dirty floor and faucet, toilet seat loose. Ruined holiday!! AVOID. MISREPRESENTED rip off.

The property was basic and old. Great location though. On the website it said check out and NOON she said 11:00 and pretty much kicked us out. No one there spoke English. I would not recommend this place

It was near the beach and the downtown. The place was very nice.

Meraviglioso

Struttura vicinissima alla Black Beach e alla fermata del pullman. Ottimo terrazzo e posizione tranquilla. L’unica nota negativa è la presenza di acqua leggermente salata per la doccia.

Camera spaziosa, carina, la cucina andrebbe attrezzata meglio.

Dusch-Armatur säubern, Satelliten-Antenne für deutsches Fernsehen, es wäre schön für den ersten Tag eine Flache Wasser.

First of all, everyday room cleaning was done very very good. Everyday Tamara has changed towels and general cleaning is applied to the room. Twice a day, they have changed bed linens. Thanks to Tamara, she is very friendly and helpful. She cannot speak English very good but it is OK, we have used Google translate to communicate with her. Her hospitality was great :) Location is great. You can just 2-3 minute walk away to bus stop, supermarket and Perissa beach. However, there are some problems about property conditions. First of all, air conditioner has a problem with turn on/off functionality, so you have to take off the cable from the plug. This is dangerous. Secondly, there is a ground/neutral connection problem in the shower. So there is electricity leak. You get electric shock by the shower tap when you try to touch the metal parts of the tap. Margarita stated that this is not dangerous and a general problem in whole Perissa. However, this problem can be simply solved by using plastic components in the shower. Thirdly, problem was about kitchen equipments. In the beginning, many kitchen equipments were missing. After a request, they have provided some and problem was solved. But I would expect that they should be provided them in the beginning. But ok, this is not a problem at all. As a summary, it was not a bad experience but not the perfect one. Cleanliness and Tamara's hospitality was the best part although there are some problems with the property conditions.
