"Convenient and comfortable"

On a winter trip through the southern end of the South Island. It was cold weather and after getting something to eat rang to see if we could check in early which we could. Bella vista is close to central CBD. The only negative was locating them on Google maps due to road works.

It was very convenient to what I wanted in Queenstown. Also had the ability to check in slightly earlier than 3 pm check in time

Due to road works spent a good 10 plus minutes trying to locate it. There was a sign residents only and good old Google maps kept sending us in the wrong area

"Good Value - Quiet"

Second time at this Bella Vista. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped for our stay. Easy walk to the lake, restaurants and shops. Onsite laundry is a plus. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free off street parking in a town where parking is impossible and expensive. Would use again.

Location was great and close to restaurants, room was very clean and due to road works directly outside it was incredibly quiet with no traffic giving me three nights of good sleep.

"Best place in Queenstown."

Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well kept. Within quick walking distance for Central Queenstown, the Gondola and the luge, bowling, mini golf, doctors, and grocery shops...one exotic and one regular. Paragliders land right next door in the school field. Good laundry facilities and easy parking. I don't think we could have had a better place to stay!

The roadworks will end in September, don't let that put you off, we didn't hear them and it was interesting what they were doing. Given that Queenstown basically exists to separate you from your money, this place was great value.
