Location is excellent Staff are so amazing and helpful . The man who is giving us the arabic coffee within the reception are so nice really.

I think no enough cleaning stuff within the bathroom like bath brush

Location, location, location!!!! Literally could not be any closer to Masjid al Haram. Staff were incredibly attentive at all times. Very clean and spacious rooms.

On our final day we were checking into the Fairmont Gold, originally at check in we had been told we could keep our room in the Fairmont until our room at the Fairmont Gold was ready, however upon returning from Jummah prayer we had been locked out of our rooms - easily and quickly resolved however by the Fairmont Gold reception desk.
