تفاجأت في الإطلالة أعمدة خلف النافذة افقدت اطلالة الكعبه جمالها وقد كان خطائي كان على رؤية الجناح قبل تسجيل الدخول وقد كان الدفع مقدم قبل مجيئي بأيام بالأضافة إن البالكونة المغلقه بباب زجاجي كانت متسخه كان من الأجدر تنظيفها من فضلات الطيور بطء المصاعد وكان فيه مصاعد متعدده لكل منها وظيفه مختلفه فيسبب للعملاء لبس وتشتت

I liked everything literally but the most I enjoyed is the suite with Kaaba view ❤️. Inshallah will visit again with my family

I really expected welcoming refreshments inside the suite either chocolate, fruits, etc. this is not a complaint at all but just a comment because everything is excellent in the property.
