Nirikos Hotel

Like: It is situated in the town of Lefkada. Dislike: Breakfast is not very nice.

Staff could not find our names on the register, aircon didn’t work, extremely noisy location at night

A party of 8 was well catered for with 4 twin rooms in the centre of activity with sea views and coastal life

Great location. Accommodations were clean but minimal.

The hotel was quite cheap and central. The breakfast was satisfactory as well. And this is where all the good points end... My room was on the first floor, no balcony and the left window shutter was broken! That meant that people could see through as I was on the first floor (good thing I only used the room to sleep!)The lift was out of order as well but I guess it was not too bad as I was on the first floor. The bathroom was tiny and the room was adjacent to another room-no privacy/ sound proof at all! When I informed the receptionist about the broken window shutter ( I did not want to get accused of breaking stuff!!!) they did not seem surprised...... They knew it was broken!

Great location in centre of town, website states free paking (but not parking available) unless they mean free street parking if you can find it! Rooms clean but old and tired, reflected in price. Unfortunaely we were placed in back room, with no view or balcony to dry towels & swimwear however as a positive was very quiet!

I was mislead by previous reviews and regret booking this hotel. Upon arrival, it became clear that the property has been neglected. The beds were unbearably hard and very uncomfortable, likely because they were very old and have never been replaced. We also encountered plumbing issues in the bathroom. What made all of this even worse was that the front desk staff was unpleasant, unhelpful, and not welcoming. The only pros to this hotel are the location, and the decent soundproofing from the street down below. However, I would not book again because there are plenty of other hotels nearby.

The maids didn’t clean our room. Came back from the beach at 6pm and it wasn’t clean. Has to go to the front desk and complain. The manager had to scream at the maid so she could come clean it ( she came an hour later as we waited). The rooms were VERY dirty. The bed felt like metal, it was noted comfortable at all. The staff was unfriendly. Not to mention the breakfast was a joke an drepulsing, so despite paying extra for breakfast included we still went to eat elsewhere. HORRIBLE.

I was disappointed in this hotel. I only stayed one night and was glad I did not stay longer. The staff were rude and my room was not ready at checkin time or even an hour and half after checkin. The shower bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen and a larger person would not fit at all in this room. There were no curtains to block out the traffic and lights on a very busy road. The buffet breakfast was very poor.
