Nirikos Hotel

Upon arrival at 3pm well after check the process was smooth and quick. However once we opened the door to our room we quickly realised the the previous quests room had not been prepared for the next guests. We advised staff that the room had yet to be cleaned. We were then asked to leave and return later. We returned an hour later to a room that was barley cleaned with missing sheets and towels. Consequently we were left with no choice but to go and purchase cleaning products to cleaned the bathroom which had not been cleaned. The bathroom was filled with mold and soup scum. The mold was also all over the wall in the bedroom and bathroom. The next day cleaning did not come. Every time we went to reception no one was to be seen. We had to ask the following day to get fresh towels. When the room was eventually cleaned the third night we were only supplied towels and 1 sheet for 1 person. This is the second time I have stayed in this place and it will be the last. Location is great aircon is good. Thanks

Nirikos Hotel is located in one of the best spots in the main part of town....opposite the causeway and next to the main shopping/tourist district. You're the main hub. The room was a little run down but the location more than made up for it. The room had water views and the breakfast was limited and and a below average. However, considering the cost this was a bargain. Highly recommend purely based on its location.

Good value for the best location in Lefkada with excellent views

Helpful staff - especially the owners and good value in terms of location etc. Handy having breakfast included. It is near some small bars that go late but with aircon and double glazed windows got good nights sleep. Mattresses are a little firm.

Never again. The majority of the hotel staff was unwilling to be of help, most were rude and unapproachable. The flaws of the hotel facility (e.g. elevator kept breaking down, fridge not working upon arrival, television not working upon arrival) could have been overlooked had the staff been more pleasant and helpful. Noise from the surrounding bars ran loud into the early hours of the morning, along with the revving of the bikes outside the hotel.

Hotel very tired looking as was the staff but it was really cheap so can't really complain. Wouldn't recommend this hotel

I visited in winter, in the off season, so the town was very dead (at night, but it did liven up in the morning). The room had tile floors and the heating was the air conditioner, so it was pretty cold. The room also did not come with a hot water kettle, or a functioning refrigerator, although there is a cafe downstairs and the staff was happy to make me a tea and bring it up to the room. The breakfast is included, and it is very good, except they could have included some fruit! My room had a balcony with a view of the sea, water causeway, very beautiful.

Hotel was value for money and we would definitely stay there again
