USUSHorrific unprofessional property! Booked and paid, showed up for a later check in past 12am, front door was wide open, no one ever came to the desk…. Ever. And if I canceled… zero refund… Check in never happened. I specifically booked a place with a 24 hour front desk staff close to a university for my son’s visit and was forced to book an alternative in that middle of the night.

For the money close to $ 300.00 not so good. Staff not friendly had issues with the room a lot of yelling in the hallway and out side loud music playing into the early morning. The shade was broken stuck in the up position tried calling the front desk concerning the multiple issues no answer. I have never experienced issues like this in any Holiday Inn Express in the many years i have stayed at the Brand very very disappointed.

USThere was no one at the front desk when we arrived. We called Customer Service and they said they were probably on break. Thirty minutes later a guy with a backpack walks in through front door and proceeded to check us in. It took 30 minutes before we got our room. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and it was filthy. This was the worse hotel experience ever.

The fitness room could be better equipped. Everything around breakfast is disposable, cups, plates, cutlery... leads to a lot of waste for no reason.
