Noise on the ground floor. So we asked to change to upper floor on the second night.

Not enough sugar packets in room For coffee. Sounds petty but when you really want a cup and one packet doesn’t do the job.

USIn all my travels, I've found that the Holiday Inn Express consistently has the best complimentary breakfast.
I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express. Check-in was a breeze, and I found the room to be very comfortable and clean. Honestly, the only thing I didn't like was the accessible shower configuration. I personally didn't feel comfortable using it, but that was the sole drawback in an otherwise perfect stay.
