Thumrin Thana Hotel

Very large grand hotel - great service, speak good English and close to lots of amenities. Breakfast buffet was varied and always nice - we stayed three nights. The swimming pool looked great but we didn’t use it, but my brothers family did and they said it was nice. They have a gym you can use too. Rooms are spacious however the internet is intermittent but we weren’t really too fussed about that. Basically you need to log into the WiFi with a differnt code etc each time you leave/enter the hotel. Really central and great to use as a base to visit the islands/beaches.

The room is big. Bathroom is big. Arrangement of furniture is okay. Bathroom utilities are okay. Staff are okay. (However, there is a prevailing smell in the room like "old" smell. I found a black cockroach in the bed cover.)

Newly renovated and service was good.

Always stay here, it's very central and the staff are friendly. The hotel is a little dated but we like it and it adds to it's charm.

Room was dated, all necessary equipment are available.

Woooow! I visited this hotel 20 years ago and I am still impressed with the grandeur of this hotel. The building stylishly overlooking the city that did not change in those twenty years, still the highest building and wonderful views from the higher rooms. Our premium deluxe room was in excellent condition, spacious, fine bedding and wonderful bathroom with separate bathtub and showers. Breakfast a la carte instead of buffet, but a very nice breakfast indeed! Thumbs up for Thumrin Thana hotel in Trang, so happy to have visited you again after a long, long time and so pleased with your service! I highly recommend this hotel when in Trang area!

Alors en soit ma note peut paraitre dur. L'hôtel est assez sympa et les chambres jolies. Mais pour un hôtel de ce standing j en attendais plus. La chambre était propre mais une odeur désagréable venant des tissus et de la moquette nous a dérangé tout du long. Le petit déjeuner était sympa mais je regrette que le thé et le café soit servi comme dans une cantine... sinon le personnel est très serviable et souriant. Un autre hôtel presque du même nom existe mais plus modeste. Attention avec les navettes ils confondent souvent.

Breakfast is quite limited. Room is large. Staff is friendly.

Big Hotel and Good Reception but in the room didn't have slipper. Breakfast should be more or several type of food.
