Classy hotel, spacious room with all amenitys. . The staff were very helpful especially the doorman. Loved the pool. Loved the location.

The curtains in the room could do with a re-vamp. It was torn from age.

Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Interior of the rooms and bathrooms looks little outdated but of very good and lasting build quality. Price is very affordable.

Wifi is very slow. It may be due to our room being on 15th floor... The shower cabin didn't work, so we had to use bathtub...

location is great, near lots of places to eat traditional local breakfast

checkin staff where so kind. I walked from the train station about 1km away and I was hot, sweaty. The staff gave me water and some tissue also. the hotel let me checkin early. the growing trend is not allowing checkin until after 2om no matter if they have a room available or not I am happy to say this hotel let me checkin late morning without a fletch, so if a room is available they are likely to let you checkin the room is large with great views of Trang City
