"Superb"

The hotel and JW Marriott were right next each other, can go to JW Marriott via the hotel lobby . Love the sense in the lobby; Great location, staff were very friendly , easy access to public transport, breakfast had lots of varieties of choice, loved the fruits - pineapple, water melons and rock melons were the best I had.

The staff are awesome! All were very courteous and thoughtful, they helped to push our luggages whenever we bumped into one. Special thanks to Ms Maggie 王淑霞 from room upkeep. I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. When I left my room, she will take the initiative to come up to me to book a time to change dirty cups and provide new bottles of water. So thoughtful! We had a wonderful stay.

"Nice stay within touching distance of West Lake scenic area"

We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The hotel shares facilities with the JW Marriott next door, such as the wonderfully sized pool. Be wary though, you need a swim cap to utilise the pool, they sell one in their store on the pool floor. Our room was lovely, upgraded to the Exec Lounge floor, with nice skyline views. The lounge offered a generous afternoon tea and happy hour incl free flowing booze for 2 hrs each day. The breakfast was also lovely and tasty. Overall, recommended as it’s a great deal for the price you pay. Would happily stay again.

"Nice and Clean hotel"

Room is clean, breakfast also nice, location near to mall. Front desk staffs are nice. One of them helped me to fix my laptop problem and give my the power cable. Thanks.
