Very nicely appointed room. Best pillows ever. Host was helpful and lovely.

Had a great time - apartment was first class. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend although the walk into Bellagio is along a road some parts of which have no pavement so be careful! Walk to centre is around 20 mins and is hilly in places although there is a ferry direct from SAN Giovanni to Bellagio and beyond - note not as frequent as from Bellagio. Had a fantastic time!

Very clean with great friendly accommodating staff

Lovely lady who checked us in, in a beautiful area just outside of Bellagio. Very nice apartment and easy to cook in. The only thing that let it down was the air con. It was hot the entire time we were there and the air con was quite poor, therefore we had difficulty sleeping.

Le site est enchanteur, c’était magique. Le service fut excellant et nous avons eu aucune difficulté à obtenir les clés. Si nous retournons à Bellagio un jour, c’est certain que nous y retournerons.

Such an amazing place. If you go to San Giovanni, you definelly should stay there. Perfect courtesy from Alissa and really-new-rooms. Over our expectations for a B&B.

It is not easy to find restaurant for dinner because have only one restaurant nearby.
