Refrigerator froze all my food and ruined it. Took a week for them to switch it out. Mattress was in horrible shape. Hard and lumpy. Very uncomfortable.

"Nice, clean property"

Very nice property with a great staff. Coffee in the lobby 24/7 and free breakfast are nice touches. Our only gripe is that the mattress was way too firm for us & the pillows were flat as a pancake.

The sheets and towels were not soft. The bed was okay otherwise. Everything was clean except the air. There was a musty smell as if the air filters needed to be changed. The light bulbs were a weird, cold blueish tint. Other than that, I cannot complain. I’m accustomed to staying at Marriott properties with very plush bedding and cozy atmospheres. The hotel staff was very kind. The breakfast was good. Might be one of the better options in Denison.

Heather did a fantastic job taking care of us and making sure there were plenty of towels in the pool area. Property was clean and well maintained.
