The shower towels are too small and like sand paper.

Very clean and staff was friendly

Only 1 elevator working and it was very slow

Loved the size of the room and the breakfast was good not continental

The staff was very nice! Free breakfast was nice. We felt the beds were uncomfortable and the pool area was really bare minimum. One bed had a metal piece sticking out that we kept hitting our shins on. We didn’t have any real issues but felt there were definitely things that could be improved.

Good Clean room and bathroom; a/c works, but fan speed is set on low; many sockets at work desk; good WiFi. Breakfast is good, but you could hang meat in the area it is so cold. Not good Cramped spaces for luggage, useless "art" on wall next to shower where a combo towel shelf/hang bar combo should be to hang towels to dry; towels are on a wood shelf over the sink; no hand towel rack on the sink wall next to the door to be able to hang the towel to dry; the coat hanging; pegs on the entry wall are useless; desk chair raises to a good height, but there are no chair arms; sink drain is slow, sluggish; bathroom sink counter space is cramped; what passes for a nightstand is a very small, cramped shelf.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was way too firm for my preference and the pillows seemed run down. The shower head didnt receive full water pressure because most of it came out of the faucet even when you pulled the knob up for it to be shower only. Otherwise the facility was clean, staff was friendly, and it was in a good location for us.
