The location is great, just 3-4 mins walk to the beach. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The pool was also great.

The breakfast has variaties but every day it's the same. For a week of vacation it starts to become boring. Also the pool had some sand in it, I think more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

The were excpetional, so friendly, helpful, welcoming. I have never stayed in such a welcoming place. From front of house to the owner handing towels. So So clean and just perfect.

If your looking for a close location to the strip then this is it but also quiet from the rowdy crowd if not wanting the hustle and bustle of the night life. Vicky was so helpful throughout the stay and polite any problems that occurred was fixed straight away, there was a guy with glasses can’t remember his name but was also very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and nicely made.

The separate pool should come out in the price, it seems a waste because I was there for week and only seen 2 people use it and I was 1 of them.

Great location in Malia, with good atmosphere close to the main and still quite and peaceful. Staff are welcoming and willing to help. We met the owner which is a wonderful smiling man. Rooms are perfect for family, comfortable with sunny balcony and pool is fun and clean. Good food and great cocktails at the bar

Nice location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel has a nice terrace with hanging chairs by the bar with modern music but also Greek music. Also enjoyable swimming pools and jacuzzi after the water was finally cleaned. Clean rooms with everyday refreshing beds and towels. And especially most of the personnel really nice and helpful.

- The swimming pools and jacuzzi, including the water, definitely need a good maintenance service and a better water filtration. - No diversity and not much choice for the offered breakfast. - The coffee during breakfast was instant coffee. - We would have liked to taste during the offered breakfast buffet and dinner more dishes that reflect the Greek culture and traditions.

Lovely stay with my son! Highly recommend! Maids who work so hard everyday, leaves rooms spotless & never passes without smiling and saying hello 💖 Also, can't remember her name but the lady who served us at the bar most days, service was great, great asset to Philoxenia. Felt very safe staying here, right beside everything but not noisy. Forgot my hairdryer & the owners son I believe, went & bought ms one & brought it to the room! Over all, great place to stay! I would definitely recommend. Great breakfast, clean pool, great staff 💯
