"They need to do renovation for their Airconditioning"

We love the outside facilities like swimming pool,sauna was very good

The room Air condition was not function proper we have to go to reception two times, after making a huge complain they move us to another room and it was the same problem. They call someone to fix it after telling them it has too. The guy at the reception he was very rude till the owner of the hotel came to apologies

Unfortunately the room didn’t look like in the pictures, everything is very old (the furniture, the wall it’s very old paint and the balcony door had a problem I couldn’t close.) You never find anyone in the reception area, if you need anything you need to go to the bar and ask where is the receptionist. The breakfast very poor, everyday the same thing.
