easy and quick check in process and all staff were very welcoming

can be noisy and rooms are not always the cleanest. Overall cleanliness was above satisfactory

The bed was rock hard. The smell in the room was awful & the walls had holes in. Not even anywhere for me to hang my coat

Although the staff member was helpful and respectful, my experience was that I was left without a lamp, kettle and working sockets, due to an electrical fault Also the shower was unusable. It would’ve been better had I been offered an alternative room

The lady who checked me in was lovely, but I didn’t like anything else about the hotel.

The hotel smells absolutely disgusting, throughout. The room was filthy dirty, and my back is still hurting from sleeping on the bed, it was like sleeping on nails
