"Luckily we were only there 1 night. Not sure of the usual clientele."

Tv didn't work, only 1 towel provided for 2 persons , bed sheets were ripped and tatty , no toiletries at all.

"Good"

Location for what I needed was perfect. Food wasn’t bad. Plenty of parking.

No cooked breakfast available. No basics like soap or shower gel. Sound proofing is non existent.

"See what I liked about the property"

No fuss , did what it said on the tin, I stay regularly, it’s excellent value for money

Very Minor issue only a bath towel there was no hand towel I only mentioned to reception so they did not think I had taken it LOL

"Good stay with a few faults"

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was modern,clean and warm, the hotel was spacious and had lots of seating. Hotel itself was nice.

The restaurant wasn't open all weekend and wasn't informed until we got there so we had to order food or go out for food. The internet was awful and kept disconnecting our devices even though we paid for high speed wifi as advertised.

Nice clean room

People smoking in the rooms all I could smell was cigarette smoke
