"Excellent stay"

Wonderful room (spacious, recently renovated, large bed, free cot for our baby) and excellent location outside and above Arosa (and as such very quiet). Very friendly staff. Good restaurant, good breakfast.

Beautiful location.

Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. SPA area very old. Poor breakfast. Hotel very much outdated- pictures looks better than reality- in all honesty it is 3stars max. Reception staff is not helpful. We are coming to Arosa multiple times every winter, this was not a hotel we will come back to. Scoring very low with value for money.
