"Lovely hotel, lovely owners"

I loved my stay. The owners were very service oriented and very kind. They catered to whatever I needed, and spoke fluent English. I would stay here again and again.

"Decent small-city hotek"

The hotel is a bit difficult to find, and the room originally assigned to us had a double bed rather than the twin beds we had requested, but other than that everything was fine. Friendly staff and decent rooms. We visited off-season, and we probably were the only guests.

"RETURN VISIT"

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for 8 nights and found the staff very helpful and friendly. The owner Alfred was so helpful and nothing was a problem from helping us with local information to dropping us to the town and collecting us. We have no problem recommending this hotel and we will stay again when we are in the area. Great value and restaurant very good.

"Excellent"

We had a lovely weekend here in Castelnuovo. Hotel was perfect, very clean and staff very friendly especially a gentleman called Alfredo. We ate in Restaurant, food very good. Very good value.

"Mycket för pengarna i Castelnuovo di Garfagnana"

Castelnuovo di Garfagnana är en trevlig liten stad i Toscana (Garfagnana) som lätt nås med tåg från Pisa (ca en och en halv timme) - ett besök rekommenderas varmt! Jag och min hustru spenderade 5 dagar på ovanstående hotell där och vi trivdes mycket bra med komfort och service. Mycket rymliga rum, alltid prefekt städade. Ett plus för tillgång till kylskåp på rummet. Det enda något negativa är avståndet från tågstationen. Det är i och för sig inte mer än någon kilometer, men promenaden är ganska jobbig (speciellt om det är varmt!) då vägen lutar brant uppåt. Tar man tid på sig är det dock inget problem. I samband med hemresan erbjöd hotellägaren sig att skjutsa oss till tågstationen, vilket vi tacksamt accepterade. Rekommenderas!

"marquee"

een prima hotel met een goeie ligging. De eigenaar was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk en sprak goed engels. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar goed. Het eten in het restaurant was prima. Het zwembad bij het hotel was ook heerlijk. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van dit hotel is uitstekend. een aanrader.
