"Awful , avoid at all costs"

Unsafe stairways, bins full at entrance, no heating, broken tiles in bathroom/shower, broken lamps,blocked sink,stained furniture £180 a night, absolute robbery for this property Was told I was breaking the law for taking pictures Complain opened with booking.com

Location to Anfield Stadium

The place was freezing cold, had to sleep the first night fully clothed and rude staff. Room wasn’t cleaned properly.

"Great people and a great stay."

Clean, comfortable and a good location. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, polite and most of all very helpful and thoughtful.

There is no parking at the property, but this is made clear when booking.
