Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nice and modern but also like the old fashion style of the actual hotel and furnishings

Lift not working Room very cold, should have had the heating on before I asked as the last night was very cold.

"Avoid like the plague"

It was clean.

No hot water or heating until the second day (had to shower in freezing water). No iron. Cheap thin mattress, cheap duvet and pillow. Only one working plug socket. Sink width smaller than my hand, with cold knob jammed against the wall. No space to put a single toiletry in the bathroom/toilet. Thin cheap toilet paper unpleasant to wipe with. Accommodation too far from the centre. The check-in is in a different building almost a mile down the road. Unfriendly and rude staff.

"We loved staying here and would definitely stay again, free parking is a bonus and buses round the corner into Liverpool"

Actually when we arrived I was informed that the studios were all vacant so we were asked if we would stay in one of the hotel’s apartments. The apartment was great and there was nothing we could complain about.

Everything,very spacious, nice and quiet,good value.
