Free parking and easy check in. Free limited WiFi (10gb)

The room was not clean. Floor needed hoovering, broken drawer handle, questionable stains on the bedding And also on the wooden headboard area! Rubbish under the bed, “noisess” from neighbours and playing music untill there stay was over approximately 2am( 2 males and 1 female)

Went to restaurant, elderly mother ordered soup, when our food came, no soup, when we ask where it was the man said they did not have soup, then the manager came out and blamed the trainee however then said we did not actually order it, I heard mum order it. Secondly we were going to watch the A league final which they put on the TV however when another guest came in and ask to watch the warriors they changed the channels, when we said something they did not really care so we ask for recommendation of a close bar who may be showing the game and they sent us 30 min away to the middle of Auckland. Also got an extra blanket out of the cupboard for my mums bed and it was dirty. Will not stay here again
