Auckland Airport Kiwi Motel

Great price for a large family room in the Motel (not Hotel). Quiet, all expected facilities includng air con, all what you can expect from a budget hotel.

Only real issue was the shower hot water is very sensitive, a 1mm movement takes it from freezing to scalding hot so very difficult to get a comfortable water temperature.

The hotel is very convenient and the free bus is so handy. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Excellent value for money. The restaurant served a nice meal

Just the general lack of maintenance, the lock on the ranch slider was flimsy and made me feel a bit insecure - an easy fix

We have stayed at Airport Kiwi a few times but stayed in one of the motel rooms this time instead of a hotel room. Similar size room (generous) but included a small kitchenette which was really useful for us. We got some nice goodies from the cafe/bakery about 500m along the main road. Well worth a visit! The motel room was nice and quiet and didn't have any annoying security lighting nearby - made for a good nights sleep. Great that we can use the Yellow Bus to and from the airport - brilliant service. Airport Kiwi still offer excellent value for money.

No real deal breakers to report. I think the 3.15% credit charge surcharge is quite excessive - this needs a reviewed to bring it into line with everyone else. Should be 1.5 or 2%.

I really appreciated the fact of how clean the beds were and the fact that we had an option to lay a warm extra blanket on the bed if we wanted do, we were pretty tired after a long drive and we had the best sleep.

I didn't as much like the fact that you could see people walk past the bathroom blind, it gives me more comfortableness knowing it's a really dark blind but in this case it wasn't, I still had a really good shower tho

I love the one bedroom unit. Very spacious and comfortable with the kitchen. Close to the airport. Rooms are serviced every day.

The bathrooms are all different and some of them are not user friendly. The room I had needs to have the shower rearranged so that the entrance isn't behind the toilet door, silly layout. Turn the shower entrance 45 degrees to the left and get rid of that silly square tub and the unit would be perfect.

Exit and traffic pile up due to too many roadworks

Having Issues, I paid twice for the same room and Booking.com said I didnt stay there but I did. Im Honest with poof on my bank Statement. Still Not Sorted, Then haven't refunded me. The receptionist said the that they havent received payment, so I swipe my 2nd Master card. They immediately automatic withdrawal on the first card This is unfair Their system failed. Two Payments were made So be careful anyone.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
