The location and surrounding is good

The property was not cleaned properly. Also Aircon’s at the main house were not working. I think the resorts need a convenience shop.

The service was exceptional..very friendly staff that went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable nd my highlight was the gentlemen that took us for a game drive..i wish i remembered his name but he was the best.

Electricity problem was my biggest issue and also the other rooms had no hot water so we had to all shower in the main house.

The house is very spacious and clean and good for relaxing the mind. Great location

Everyday at night the electricity will go off , when we wake up it will still be off. The staff knows it always trips in the main switch but wait for us to call first. There’s not enough kitchen equipments that one can use. When I ask the cleaning lady she said they are lost but no one replaced them. It was frustrating to make food

Nothing What i paid for is not what I stayed in. I am never booking there again.

A day light roberry is what I experienced worse on my birthday, the place was not the same as I what I booked, the Reception tried to assist but whoever she was getting permission for refused to change my room to thw one I booked. The manager went as far as asking if I am black or white before she made her decision. DO NOT BOOK THERE. Clearly the manager is racist!

I liked almost everything, their service was excellent, the staff members are very friendly, they made sure that our stay was comfortable

The open space and clean air and the peace and quiet

Most of the facilities like the spa, golf course, and restaurants are out of order, and that was still advertised if it was operational. That was a mayor let down.

Beautiful place that is poorly managed. Book at own risk. Hahaha had to even buy electricity from our pockets as it ran out. This place is a NO go to plc. Be warned!

Everything was wrong and no one cares after they take your money. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! 1. We were a group of 16 and asked via the head office whatsapp that the villas should be close to each other, and they confirmed. But did not happen. 2. I selected and paid for villas with pools (the price is more than the villas without pools) - NO POOLS 3. On Saturday morning we didn't have water no one came to fix. We were moved to another villa ..check below point about what happened next 4. Guess what the electricity ran out, no one was there to assist we had to buy electricity ourselves. I REPEAT!!! BOOK AT OWN RISK!
