"Ideale ligging voor bezoek centrum Monschau."

Mooi oud hotel. De kamer was voldoende qua ruimte en het bed was goed. De ligging van de accommodatie. Centrum, restaurants etc. alles op loopafstand. Voor €7,- parkeren, per 24 uur, op 250 meter van de accommodatie.

De badkamer is erg klein en wel aan vernieuwing toe, bv. mengkraan, betegeling, douchebak. Geen vriendelijke, gastvrije ontvangst. Geen welkom, geen praatje, geen lach. Te weinig tafels voor ontbijt, waardoor we moesten wachten tot er een tafel vrijkwam. De kamerprijs vonden we erg hoog.

Lage top, auch wenn das Parken nur etwas weiter weg möglich ist. Schöner Gewölbekeller.

"Freundlichkeit" des Personals ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, Ausstattung des Bades mit Badeutensilien (z.B. Shampoo) nicht ausreichend.

"Een redelijk verblijf voor een paar nachten"

Het was erg fijn dat we onze elektrische fietsen in de garage konden stallen

Jammer dat er geen lift aanwezig was. Wij verbleven op de derde etage
