Amazing staff, very nice room, great value

Way too many day guests (18 guys) came when we were there and took over the whole pool area, they were smoking too. Made for an uncomfortable environment

One of the best hotels, amazing location and very nice, friendly and supportive staffs, breakfast was good but not great, we were there in their new year party, The party, the party programs, and the party foods were great and we enjoyed.

The room was clean, spacious and had a bathtub, terrace, and a nice park-like view. This was the highlight of the stay.

Before booking, I would be cautious with some of the very positive reviews, as our experience was completely different and did not match what is described. The hotel also claims to be a 5-star property, which is simply not accurate and sets expectations it does not meet. The restaurant food was poor. The beef was badly overcooked and service was extremely slow, including at breakfast. Despite having a large terrace, the restaurant only had a few outdoor tables. Water bottles cost 150 baht. Sleeping was difficult due to a very loud air conditioner that was freezing even at 26 degrees, so we had to turn it on and off throughout the night. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained overall, including the rooms, gym, and common areas. The fake grass around the pool and restaurant looks cheap and unpleasant. The pool area is small with very limited sunbeds. WiFi did not work in our room and service was average at best. The hotel advertises a private beach, but this is misleading. It cannot be classified as a beach at all. There is no sand, only rocks, no swimming possible, and the few chairs and equipment there are extremely run down. The “well equipped gym” consists of one machine and a pull-up bar with barely functioning air conditioning. The location is quite secluded. The shuttle only runs every two hours, with the last one at 7pm, which is very early. If you want to get around outside these hours, expect to spend significant time and money on taxis.

מקום מדהים נוף משוגע ווילה מטורפת ספא ומסאגים נפלאים. צוות נהדר שנענה לכל בקשה מהר מאוד, אין מילים הריזורט המושלם!!! 5 דקות נסיעה לחוף ולעיר שחוץ מהשאטלים בחינם של המלון בשעות קבועות אפשר להזמין רכב של המלון בכל שעה במחיר מגוחך. אין ספק שאחזור לשם.

אכלנו פעם אחת ארוחת ערב במסעדה של המלון היה לא טוב בלשון המעטה גם ארוחת הבוקר טעונה שיפור משמעותי, מבחר דל מאוד, ואם נגמר משהו הם לא דואגים למלא כך שאם אתה מגיע לאכול ארוחת בוקר בסביבות 10 סביר להניח שלא תמצא הרבה דברים כולל כוסות לשתייה קרה פשוט אין מישהו שמסתכל על מה שקורה שם ומנהל את העסק. חבל שמלון כ"כ מדהים שהכל כמעט מושלם נופל על שטויות. מקווה שמישהו שם יקרא ויפנים פשוט חבל.

Lovely staff, the bed was huge, massive rooms, the view was amazing!

The food! The breakfast was very (very) disappointing.

Incroyable! Magnifique hôtel, c’était vraiment difficile d’en repartir. Tout est pensé pour que vous soyez bien, le personnel est aux petits soins et la chambre fantastique. Ne parlons même pas du petit dej et de la vue, tout était parfait!!

Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Das Essen ist auch unglaublich lecker und wird mit liebe zum Detail serviert.

Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr gepflegt und super sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Überall ist aucg Kunstrasen verlegt was gar nicht reinpasst. Das macht viel vom Ambiente der ansonsten liebevoll gestalteten Anlage kaputt.

اول شي المنتجع مافيه شاطي 🏖️ يعني عشان تروح للشاطي لازم سيارة والفندق يوفرونها لكن لما جينا نروح الساعه 11 الصبح قالوا مافيه - موقعه ماحوله حركة ولا محلات هدوء - الاكل مو مره يعني مايسوى القيمه تضطر تطلع تدور اكل برا ما انصح فيه ابدن
