El desayuno y la ubicación

El proceso de checkin fue muy tardado y además me retuvieron 10 mil pesos de cargo de seguridad que es momento que todavía no se liberan pq el WIFI estaba fallando. No servía el WIFI y el servicio de tele estuvo intermitente toda mi estancia.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of blocks from Ave Chapultepec, where many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are located. The staff was very accommodating, speaking enough English to have a decent conversation. Our room was nice and spacious, overlooking the street. Our bed was comfortable; however, it had a noticeable dip in it. The shower had an extremely slow drain, to the point where water flowed into the area where the sinks are located. We told the front desk, and someone was supposedly sent up to fix it, but it continued to happen throughout our stay. Also, one of the sinks never got hot water. I saw some people complain about their room not having enough outlets, but that was not an issue in our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but some of the issues we had left more to be desired.
