no desayune ahi, pero la comida fue deliciosa, pedimos servicio a la habitacion y te llevan todo lo necesario para disfrutarla en la comodidad de la cama.

hubo mala comunicación con recepción, ya que un dia antes acudí específicame a cubir el pago total de la habitación y dejar la indicación de que dejaran entrar a mi pareja ya que llegaríamos en horarios distintos, y quería que me esperara en la habitación y no se la otorgaron hasta que yo llegue.

Room and instalation ok. Personal is apátic, not kind in any way, i left a prescription medicine by mistake in my room and today no body knows nothing. So dont let your stuff out of the safe because it will get stolen.

Check-in started off a little rocky, something about another property near by... I don't know but, the manager was great and got it figured out for us. I ended up in a lovely room that was everything I wanted for my birthday celebration. The decor, service, and amenities were just what I expected: artsy, minimal, and each room uniquely curated. Beds were very comfy, no issues with the wifi, and all of the food and drink items we tried were fresh and well-prepared from breakfast in the lobby-adjacent restaurant to small bites delivered to the pool. Location was great, easy to navigate, and central to so many things we wanted to do in Guadalajara.

A group of us stayed at Hotel Dementia for a friend’s birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel was well designed and each room was decorated with individual intention. I loved that it seems as if a lot of the decor was reclaimed or repurposed items. I also liked that even though the staff said the hotel was packed, we rarely encountered other guests which made our stay very calm and serene. The staff was super attentive to our needs and very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The Reservation never reaching receptiion. Careful to choose wrong hotel. Never choose boungalows. Those are nasty. BEWARE!
