Parque España Residence Hotel

GREAT location, excellent staff! That's a good start for any hotel. Room, is nice, with a living room, sofa, nice TV, nice kitchen. Negatives: I've stayed there 3 times and this will probably be the last. Their showers never have hot water more than about 30-seconds, before it turns lukewarm at best. Not one time, in a total of about 30 days, have I ever had a "hot shower". I have asked them a number of times to fix it but they do not. VERY bad shower this time (I should have asked for a room change). It was raised, and I literally had to climb up two steps, with little to hold onto, in order to step down into the shower. It would be so easy for someone to fall and hurt themselves badly. Why would this place even have a shower like that? It's crazy bad. Overall, it has a great location in Alabang, close to the Festival and Town Center Malls, and the Commerce Mall is right across the street. That's the best thing this hotel has going for it. Hotel was clean and all staff friendly. In the financial district so felt safe at all times although seeing armoured vehicles and police with shotguns is a cultural change from England! HUGE shopping centre nearby called Landmark (they call it the festival) and another a little further away but no more than 5 minutes. Just about to have a refurb when we got there but disruption was minimal. The rooftop pool was heavenly (quite literally at 20 floors up!) and all drinks and cocktails were brought to the poolside. Prices were very reasonable and i recommend the peanut butter cocktail they serve as it weird but tasty! Breakfast was fully covered with something for everyone and eating out is very cheap. Room service was fast and TV channels were reasonable considering. Opposite the hotel is the Commerce Center Alabang with some restaurants (highly recommend Akrotiri as the manager is english and they sell London Pride Bitter!!!!!) the cinema was good (watched the Nun) and the massage parlour was excellent service and price. The only two negatives are that we were overlooked for morning room clean twice so had to physically go and ask for that to be done and while the free hotel shuttle service would take you anywhere, getting picked up was impossible (we never achieved it) due to the language barrier but taxis were cheap. Finally i would say that the large illuminated sign name of the hotel isn't working so make sure you get a taxi from the airport with the EXACT address.

Nice hotel, closed to shopping areas and easy access in and out to the city and away to the city.

Location was excellent easy walk to 2 large malls lots of 24hr food. Room was well equipped with kitchen grocery less then a block away. Only had one staff member who has repeatedly made me feel unwelcome every one else has been more than welcoming

I believe the staff was friendly and would do anything to make the guests feel comfortable. Great staff! The AC units in the bedrooms were fine but the AC unit for living, dining and kitchen area was undersized and never really cooled that area down.

It's a perfect location for being in Alabang with the Festival Mall and the Town Center Mall both on the same street about 1/4 mile in either direction. The hotel is not super high level, but comfortable. The biggest issue was a lack of hot water in the shower for more than a couple of minutes, then it goes lukewarm at best.

Since 2011, I tried to vacation yearly in my birth country! Parque Espana was still only a year or two when it was recommended to me by a friend! I love the home environment of it with different spacious parts of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom/shower/tub and at times an open laundry area. I enjoyed entertaining my guests here because there’s a restaurant Bistro del Cielo on the rooftop and a swimming pool and fitness center! There is also a Room Service whenever you get hungry. I had Boodle Fight parties with my High School classmates which was so delicious! Right before I left I had a Despedida Boodle Fight party with my family. There is a shuttle for free to take you to nearby malls like Alabang Town Center, Festval Mall, Asian Hospital anc to the Airport! The Reception Staff are so nice to arrange a cab if I was traveling at a distance like to Manila Mall of Asia or Makati area. The can they arranged are safe with reasonable prices. I love the clean and safe environment of this hotel in Alabang! My husband and I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and movie theaters across and near the hotel. What I love the most here is the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I will stay here again next time I am in the Philippines!

It needs to install stainless steel bar in the shower for safety of their customers, there's a mold build up in the shower room that needs to be inspected. These are all for the safety of their customers.

Staff are friendly and always smilling. Recomend to all.

I love Parque Espana! This is my type of Hotel whenever I am away from home on vacation, especially in the Philippines. I love staying here because of the amenities...like internet, Shuttle to nearby area, restaurants and room service, the spacious style wherein there is a separate living room, large kitchen, bathroom, dining room just like a home. I can entertain visitors comfortably. Beautiful and convenient location. I feel safe in Parque! I enjoy my stay every time I stay here. Friendly and professional staff. There’s parking space. I will always recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. Thank you.
