Rooms were very well appointed and clean.

Nothing.

This was the st time in my life that I had to pay a deposit besides the price of the room. In case damage would be done, smoking etc. It was my husband and i and granddaughter who were there for college graduation. I was appauled that she required an additional 100.00 which she claims will be refunded if the room is Ok when we leave. Its been 24 hours and the deposit has not yet been refunded. I hope this will not become a problem that I will have to address furthur. We are a retired professional couple and were baffled to be treated as if we were a risk. They must have dealt with issues as they were one of the lower priced hotels in the area. Lesson learned. Hope we get the deposit back without a hassle.

rooms didn't have carpet! good value but not at all glamorous LOVED that pets stay free

parking lot was small and strangely hard to navigate. exterior made it seem lower quality than the room itself

How easy it was to find the room and check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room i was in on the second floor its definitely sinking. The dresser kept opening and was already shimmed up. But the floor is definitely falling. I could feel it sinking

Affordable place to stay in Allentown conveniently located just off the highway & minutes from the downtown area. The price was reasonable & the room was comfortable. Overall, a good experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is kinda dated but fine. Linens especially towels need to be cleaner please. Our upstairs neighbor was noisy and we checked in about 1 am. Parking could be better but we are in a large vehicle. I would stay here again because it was safe and a reasonable stay for the price.
