Hard to understand the front desk management

Affordable, clean, Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, could hear upstairs neighbor walking around all night but that doesnt bother me personally. Convient location off from turnpike, resturants and gas station in close proximity.

It was very clean, spacious, and had comfy beds. I like that the bedding is in all white as that helps show cleanliness. Bedspreads were sparkling white and smelling fresh and clean. That’s something you don’t normally find at other hotels. I like that they have body wash and shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. The bathroom were sparkly clean.

The check in was uncomfortable because the guy at the front desk made a copy of my driver license. That made no sense , I asked him about it he could care less . We went to the room . It didn’t feel clean then my wife found hairs on the bedsheets. We can tell the bed sheets were not changed after the last guest because it had the wrinkles from the last guest that slept on it . They did give me replacement sheets but there is no excuse to not change sheets . The next morning the front desk lady looked like she just got out of bed , just weird . The lobby smelled like dog or something . I asked her she said she don’t smell , weird again ! Just terrible stay all around .

It was quiet and check out was easy.

The clerk at check in was disinterested in working.

It is close to the I-78 W, but the smell in the property is not good . I
