"Great place to stay"

Location of the hotel is nice. Next to the highway & opposite Leela. The vibe of the hotel is nice. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious depending on where you stay. Mine was extremely cramped being a corner one but the others are bigger. The package offered was value for money and the booking and checkout was seamless. The service is excellent and prompt. The food spread for breakfast is also OK with multiple options. Only issue I faced was in the Gym where both the treadmills had problems. One made a weird screeching sound after a while and the other kept braking intermittently. Though I highlighted the issue to the customer service lady there, there were no repeaters within the next three days I stayed there. But if that’s not a priority, the hotel is a great place to stay in Bengaluru
