Sterlings Mac Hotel

Not at all a good stay. In some rooms there are airconditon issues and some days they dont serve food at midnight so please confirm with the duty manager before you book your stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The general atmosphere was welcoming. Rooms were clean and well furnished. It was good value for money. The service was very good. I had some difficulties with wifi and TV which were immediately attended and sorted out by the staff, who were very professionals. The restaurant was clean, very good with a good variety of menu especially from the south. The restaurant staff were very prompt and attentive to my needs and very helpful.

Good clean ambience and helpful staff. The overall stay was fantastic spl the F&B and Mr Umesh was very cordial and accommodating. The house keeping response was quick though the hotel is short of hand towels I guess with fresh arriving after wash daily at 6 pm only and not while the housekeeping was done. The only irritant was number of security persons on C floor and constantly asking you who you are where r u going etc. they are a nuisance to say the least. The swimming pool should have wire mesh net around it. There r hundreds of pigeons sitting taking bath in pool most times.

Here is a polished review you can post: I had a pleasant stay at Sterling MAC. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was very good throughout the property. My room was kept clean and well maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. A special mention to Murali at breakfast, who took very good care of me and made the dining experience especially warm and welcoming. The fresh food served was also really good and definitely added to the overall experience. The access to the suites feels a bit disconnected at first, but it works fine overall.
