My wife and I spent over a week at the Sterlings Mac Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and always clean, and the location was incredibly convenient – ​​close to Manipal Hospital, where I had some tests. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff, especially the incredible attentiveness, kindness, and dedication of the manager, Mr. Murali. He went above and beyond every day to ensure my wife and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Since we were completely unfamiliar with Indian cuisine, Mr. Murali explained and offered us many Indian dishes, allowing us to experience and enjoy a wide variety of Indian cuisine in a short time. This thoughtful approach is precisely why we will return. Thanks to the dedication of Mr. Murali and his team, we consistently received excellent service - taxi, extra water, necessary explanations regarding our short excursions in Bengaluru. We will definitely stay at the Sterlings Mac Hotel again on our next trip and highly recommend it to everyone. Mr. Murali is the heart and soul of this hotel. Thank you very much for your excellent service and support!

It was an amazing experience. The location of hotel is best part apart from 20CHAAR restaurant. The restaurant manager Murali is very accommodative and helpful. He helped in arranging special meal during fasting. Overall, a good experience.
