Chose to stay at Sterling. This was my 3rd stay here.. last being in 2021. Must stay that the hotel is continuing to maintain is property well. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is bright and water quality and pressure is superb. The food spread in very nice with good hospitality. I was also given an upgrade when I requested as my daughter joined on last day of stay. Many thanks to Team Sterling. See you next time

Our recent stay at Sterling Mac Hotel in Bangalore turned into an experience we will never forget,not just for the comfort, but for the extraordinary care and compassion shown by the entire team. During our stay, our father unfortunately suffered a mild heart attack. The hotel staff responded immediately and handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and empathy. A special mention to Mr. Aiyappa (MOD), who was there right away and ensured all necessary arrangements were made to get us to the hospital swiftly. What truly touched us was that he stayed at the hospital until the procedure was completed an act of genuine care that went far beyond his duty. Restaurant Manager Mr. Murali was equally incredible. He personally coordinated with the chef to prepare special meals for our father throughout his hospital stay. He even visited the hospital and spoke with the doctor to help arrange an early discharge, considering our travel plans back to Malaysia. That level of personal attention is rare and deeply appreciated. Mr. Suraj, the Manager on Duty, was extremely helpful from even before our arrival handling our reservations seamlessly and continuing to support us throughout our stay until the very last day. We are also grateful to General Manager Mr. Singh, whose leadership truly reflects in his team. He personally ensured that all our needs were taken care of and made us feel completely at home during a very stressful time. The commitment, compassion, and service excellence demonstrated by the entire team were truly outstanding. This is hospitality at its finest. Overall okay experience. Even after requesting two weeks before arrival and again reminding 9 am on the day of arrival, request to early check-in by 11 was not done. Finally received the room at 12 noon after a wait at the lobby and few requests. lot of travellers like me checkout by 8 or 9 am so not sure why even a single room couldn't be given couple of hours earlier the scheduled check-in time. overall dull welcome at the hotel, no warmth anywhere

It is a good property for business travellers and liked the location and ambience starting from reception to the services offered. The staffs are extremely supportive and friendly. Nearby malls and shopping options are exceptionally good.

Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Awesome selection of breakfast options.

The swimming pool had pigeons bathing in it... so no one really used the pool.
