The stay in your hotel was awesome. All employees were friendly, supportive and professional at all times. We will definitely stay there again for the next trip. Huge compliments also to the chef. The food was great at all times and a pleasure to try out all the different flavors of the Indian cuisine.

"Exceptional Service and Consistency in Bangalore"

I have stayed at Sterlings Mac multiple times now, and it continues to be my go-to choice in Bangalore. The rooms are always clean, and the location is incredibly convenient—close to major business hubs, shopping, and great restaurants. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are consistently attentive and friendly. I want to give a special thank you to one of the managers, Murali. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. As someone with dietary restrictions, I often find it tricky to navigate new menus, but Murali personally assisted me in finding suitable dishes so I could safely enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. It’s that level of care that keeps me coming back. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

"Conference meeting"

I recently visited this hotel for a conference meeting I had the worst service from this hotel their hospitality is worse than a 3 star hotel their staff talk only in 2 language either kannada or hindi. I asked for a coffee from the coffee machine the waiter took 20 mins and served me filter coffee I comforted the team after the event Mr. Santhosh from banquets spoke to me in such a way he thinks he owns the hotel such rude behaviour a bad tounge I'm wondering how the hotel hired such a person. Hats off to chef for amazing food. I'm never referring to this hotel to anyone unless they have a staff change.

"Comfortable, Clean Rooms and Exceptionally Helpful Staff"

My wife and I stayed at an Executive Suite and the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to Indiranagar where I had some work. One drawback is that Old Airport Road is quite busy, but you really don't hear any noise in the room. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides a comfortable car with a driver which we rented a couple of times for sight-seeing in Bangalore. The hotel library is a convenient place to host business associates and guests. When we visited, several of the aerobic machines in the gym were not functioning.
