Terrible ! Plus jamais je vais venir a ce motel !

Nous avons eu un séjour très bien et reposant. Belle vue de bord du fleuve. Le calme total, bel environnement de fleurs. Et très belle isle à visiter. Il faut s'y arrêter.

I chose deliberately a pet friendly property but when I arrived I had to be upgraded to another room to accommodate my small non-shedding dog plus a pet fee increasing the expected $120 to almost double that. Hotels.com should ensure that when a customer chooses the "pet friendly" option, that the quoted price reflects this with no further unexpected costs. Enough people now travel with pets that this is not out of the ordinary.

Une grosse erreur de réservation de ma part.... Mauvaise ville...je n'est jamais été capable d'appeler à l'hôtel...le numéro de téléphone nous envoi sur le site web......COmminication ZÉRO

The owner Miss Lily is very polite and hospitable.

We didn’t land up staying here because they offered us three different rooms that didn’t resemble the rooms in the pictures posted. In one of the rooms the beds hadn’t even been made. Clearly they hadn’t cleaned the room. Terrible terrible place.
