By the time , we reached the reception desk, the roots of the trees had lifted the asphalt, making it dangerous. The breakfast, announced as eggs, bacon and so on, was at first a little lacking, then supplemented with hard-boiled eggs and sandwich bread (cheap), butter in a bowl with greasy edges, and no one to add what was missing (the cook had supposedly broken a leg). In the room booked for 4 with a supplement for the 4th person, the bath sheet turned into a medium-sized towel. ?? The bedding was cheap and very uncomfortable. The coffee maker in the room didn't work, and there was only one capsule for 4, so only 1 capsule was free for the person who had booked the room. That's a bit tight! We had left the sign so that the staff could come into our room to make up the beds and check what was missing. Faulty fan . No ironing board Used towels Sunday night we ran out of toilet paper. This is unacceptable! The water in this room was not drinkable and I was given free bottles which normally pay. The pool was not free (I had to negotiate to swim 1 time). This hotel is marked 3 stars on the website and is only worth 1. Not much is true about this hotel on this website. You must remove this hotel from your Travelocity website. Everything is abandoned. It's a scam. I request a refund of my bill which amounts to 772, 26 $ CAD. Regards N. de Carsalade

Désolé de voir le manque d'entretien pour un endroit avec autant de potentiel. Manque d'âme.

They never cleaned the room, the breakfast was very simple and they charged it separately, and the reception should have worked all night, their schedules did not coincide with ours since we could not close the door to our room and we had to leave leaving the door unlocked.

There was no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot and unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool to refresh ourselves as it closed at 6:00pm.

Le ménage laisse à désirer. Il y avait une boîte de pizza dans le frigo. Des insectes dans la chambre. Le changement de température de l'eau lorsque l'on prend une douche. Le frigo est trop bas. Impossible de regarder la télé. Moustiquaire brisé et tenu avec du tape.

La chambre réservée n'avait "pas le droit "au chien et netait pas indiqué sur le site donc sur place ,nous avons dû changer de chambre avec une belle facture de 80$ de plus. Cafetière non fonctionnel, pas de ventilation comme indiqué, store brisé et ne fermait pas,robinet du bain defectueux et a coulé par terre,moisissures apparente, frigo ne refroidissait pas...terrible

The hotel and history is super cool. The room was clean and in good condition. Lots of rooms with breath taking views and can accommodate larger familly. I appreciate the choice of size rooms. The place is fill with history. The outside could use a bit more maintenance but the place is full of different area that are worth exploring.

Tel la plupart des récents commentaires; je ne recommande absolument pas. Ils nous font payer la facture avant même d’arriver ou voir les chambres; incluant les frais beaucoup trop chers de $30.00/jour pour notre chien. C’est abusif; n’avons jamais visite un endroit à la fois aussi rapide à prendre notre argent mais; si peu enclin à donner un service de qualité. Conditions, entretien et service à la clientèle médiocres; les photos et descriptions ne correspondent plus; ce sont de la poudre aux yeux car presque tout est maintenant délabrés et à l’abandon. Une annonce de «reno» en 2022 de notre chambre sélectionnée (chambre club) est mensongère. Pas de climatisation, pas d’eau potable, difficultés à avoir de l’eau chaude pour la douche, pas de moustiquaire à la porte patio, poignée de porte qui coince, peinture qui écaille partout; des rideaux et nouvelle literie ne suffit pas à prétendre que la chambre est rénovée. C’est déplorable que de nuire de la sorte à de tels endroits qui ont construit l’histoire au Québec; un exemple de quoi décourager le tourisme au Quebec
