Kiss Bali Villas

The staff were amazing, location is good except you really need a bike to get around as there aren’t any shopping options nearby.

We had no hot water for 7 out of 14 days we were there.

Some of the plugs were worn out and hard to use.

How beautiful it looks from the outside and inside. It’s super huge, best to go with more than 2 pax.

Nothing that i don’t like about the property. However, i don’t really like where it’s situated at. it’s quite secluded.. wish it could be more open..

Very spacious. Great bedroom and living areas. Nice design. Very large pool that got a lot of sun so it wasn’t freezing cold water. Reception staff were lovely. Didn’t use the jacuzzi so can’t say anything about that (although you need to ask the staff a couple of hours in advance so they can heat it up and get the jets going). I had the two bedroom villa which would be ideal for two couples. Breakfast was of good portions and tasty and fresh.

Kitchen could do with more utensils. No tea and coffee facilities; if you like your coffee first thing in the morning (like me), then it’s best to buy some coffee, milk and sugar from the convenience store for your stay (Balinese coffee is available with breakfast though).

We were updated to a 2 bedroom villa ( one bedroom was locked ). But the accomodation was fantastic. Great sized pool and even hot tub available. Would highly recommend kiss villas. Close to everything and staff were lovely.

Only negative was that we asked the cost of opening the second bedroom ( my daughter and myself would have liked to have seperate rooms as the the other one was available anyway… ) they wanted to charge us full cost of another single bedroom villa …. Over $100 AUD…. Thought that was a bit much considering the only other cost would be cleaning one bedroom.

The staff are all friendly, they provide free transport within seminyak area if the transport is available. They will help you to turn on light for the swimming pool and outdoor dinning area. Overall a good experience for me.

The villa is abit torn down. Many ants by the pool side. Dinning area is outdoor which can’t use during heavy rain.

The room was very clean and comfortable: large space and a comfortable bed. The service was very nice and helpful. A very large and clean swimming pool with the right water temperature. The location was also very good! I highly recommend this villa.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, villa was amazing and I didn't want to leave!
